1. Who is responsible
Lindquist OÜ is responsible (the “controller”) for the personal data collected through johanlindquist.com. For anything concerning your data, write to concierge@johanlindquist.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Private register. Your name, email address, country (optional) and interests. We use them to inform you about Lindquist 1754 pieces and to invite you to presentations. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Information pack request. Your name, organisation, email address, country, message and the confirmations you give. We use them to answer your request and to send information to qualified parties. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Emails you send us. Your address and the content of your message, used to reply to you.
- Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for a limited period only.
3. Who receives your data
Our website and email are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, which processes data on our behalf. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC); when they load, your browser sends your IP address to Google. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Register entries are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask to be removed, and inactive entries are deleted after at most three years. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting relationship, and as long as the law requires.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
6. Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before. Write to concierge@johanlindquist.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
